SHIPPING + RETURNS
Orders typically ship out within 2-5 business days from Los Angeles, CA.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Please contact us if you need delivery to another country in case we can make a special accommodation for you.
Shipping is free for U.S. orders over $150 and international orders over $500. Otherwise, the cost of shipping is dependent on UPS's current rate.
Temporary business closures will be posted on all pages of the website so you know when we're closed, and we always hustle to get orders out before we go on vacay.
Sorry, we do not accept returns.
We are happy to help you with an exchange for unused items with all tags/packaging still included.
Please send us an email with your exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can reserve your new items for you and provide you with next steps.
We cannot guarantee stock, so please be sure to receive an exchange confirmation from us before sending in your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you need something to be shipped quickly then please let us know in your exchange request email.

Late or Missing Exchanges
If you haven’t received your exchange but you see that we've received your return item, please don't worry! Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number to confirm we've received.
