SHIPPING + RETURNS
Orders typically ship out within 2-5 business days from Los Angeles, CA.
The cost of shipping is free for all orders shipping within the United States. For orders outside of the US, shipping is based on UPS's current rate.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We encourage you to please contact us if you need delivery to another country in case we can make a special accommodation for you.
Temporary business closures will be posted on all pages of the website so you know when we're closed, and we always hustle to get orders out before we go on vacay.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging and include any bonus promotional items/gifts that were originally shipped with it.
Sorry, we cannot refund ship costs for international orders.
To return your product, first send us an email at email@example.com and we will supply you with next steps. We cannot always exchange items without first approving your return, so please be sure to receive a return confirmation from us before sending.
We will happily cover the cost of your return shipping for orders that were placed in the US (sorry, we're still a teeny brand and are not yet covering the cost of return shipping for international orders.) Please contact us with your return request and we'll take things from there.
A 10% restock fee will be withheld for returns over $1000 or for two same items ordered in two different sizes. If you have any questions about sizing, please reference our size charts and contact us for additional measurements and help.
We are happy to help you with an exchange. Please send us an email with your exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will supply you with next steps. We cannot always exchange items without first approving your return, so please be sure to receive a return confirmation from us before sending.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you need something to be shipped quickly then please let us know if your exchange request email.
We are happy to give you a refund for up to 14 days after your purchase date if your item isn't as you expected it to be.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will either email you to let you know why you're receiving a partial refund (usually due to missing tags and damages,) or we will simply proceed to issue you a full refund, depending on condition of your return item. Easy as that.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after your purchase date
Sorry, we cannot refund shipping for orders that were shipped to outside of the US.
We are happy to help you return or exchange your Animal Crackers gift. Kindly note the default refund method for returned gift items is to be issued back to the original payment method, though we are happy to give you a dollar-value gift code if you prefer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund but you see that we've received your return item, please don't worry! Simply send us an email at email@example.com with your tracking number to confirm we've received. Refunds typically take a few business days to post to your account, so this is most likely the case.
If we've already issued your refund but you do not see it in your account, please then contact your credit/debit card bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
